Qualifications

Educational Background

0-2 years of working experience, preferably prior experience in e-commerce, campaign operations, or digital content management.

Work experience required

B. Experience working in a BPO or shared-services environment supporting marketing or commercial teams.

C. Basic understanding of e-commerce campaign lifecycles and promotional events.

Technical / Functional Skills

A. Good attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

B. Can use spreadsheets well to track progress and keep project documents in order.

C. Can stay focused on routine work to ensure complete accuracy, even in a fast-paced setting
