Platform Operations Manager, Treasury Technology

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director, Treasury Technology, the Platform Operations Manager, Treasury Technology is responsible for ensuring the operational stability, release readiness, and technical support of the Treasury Risk System (TRS) environment, including integrations with BancWare/FIS-hosted platforms. This role leads environment management activities such as ETL processes, data feed integrity, database synchronization, batch processing, and reporting dependencies to achieve high standards of performance, capacity, and reliability. The incumbent also provides advisory support and recommendations on future‑state systems, platform capabilities, and other finance platforms anticipated in the near future. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to manage change, reduce operational risk, and support ongoing platform enhancements.
