The SENA Intern will lead the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub: a digital ecosystem that centralizes and standardizes RSI Colombia’s Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory. This role goes beyond administrative support — the person in this role will build two living tools the People team will rely on daily, incorporating governance logic, inclusive language standards, and maintenance protocols that ensure long‑term accuracy. The intern will work closely with the POPs team across all project phases.
