Job Description
The technical voice of JuP1 to the CoCs, strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards.
Central reference for process definitions at JuP1.
Close contact to international competence centers
Active participation in process definition meetings at lead plants
Ensure process specific standards and know-how-exchange in cross.
Value stream engineering teams
Improve process stability and efficiency.
Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers
Support new product launches with technical knowhow.
Current production (approximately 50%)
Set standards for processes and methods and confirm.
Capability studies
Failure cost
Might be part of problem‐solving teams and risk assessment teams.
Organize knowledge exchange across value streams and CNs.
Ensure process related knowledge exchange across production plants.
