Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley Studio ****/RSLogix.Configure and integrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and industrial devices.Support machine and process automation projects from development through commissioning.Perform I/O checks, loop checks, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
Assist in commissioning and startup activities at customer sites.Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and OPC.Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, communication, and field device issues.Read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and P&ID diagrams.Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams for project execution.Prepare technical documentation, program backups, and commissioning reports.Ensure compliance with industrial automation and safety standards.
