Position Summary: 
Defines current and future target markets and strategic positioning within those and evaluates opportunities through partnerships and alliances in Laser Chip market
Maintain Laser Chip products and drive internal team to reach the cost target and the margin
Create, maintain, and release technical datasheets and product documentation
Respond to technical questions from sales, field applications engineers (FAEs), and customers
Manage customer sample requests and engineering sample logistics, including tracking and reporting
Coordinate internal product releases, changes, and phase-outs through PCNs (Product Change Notices) and PDNs (Product Discontinuation Notices)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product readiness, timelines, and deliverables
