EDUCATION: Minimum:• High School diploma or equivalent LICENSE: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum:• EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer) WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum:• 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification Preferred:• 2 years in professional certification...
