Package

• Rate: £24.50 per hour (CIS)
• Hours: 38 - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Overtime: Additional overtime opportunities available

Duties

• Carrying out full domestic bathroom refits from strip‑out to final handover.
• Installing, positioning, and connecting hot water cylinders and associated system components.
• Running new pipework (copper and plastic) and altering existing feeds for basin, toilet, bath, and shower positions.
• First and second‑fixing of all sanitaryware, brassware, and wastes.
• Diagnosing and rectifying any initial system leaks during testing and commissioning.
• Ensuring all plumbing work is safe, functional, tidy, and compliant with building regulations.
