The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout the London Borough of Ealing.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertake...
