 We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic Plumbing department as a Plumbing and Gas Assessor Skills Coach.
  Key areas of Responsibility: 
 Undertake an initial baseline assessment with the apprentice to identify the starting point of the learner journey and collate within the milestone document, these documents must be relevant for heating and domestic plumbing outcomes as defined by the awarding body
 Create and maintain the Apprenticeship Learning Plan and milestone documents of both heating and domestic plumbing throughout the learner journey.
 Support the apprentice to achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out within the apprenticeship standard;
 Support all apprentices and liaise with employers to innovatively plan, record and collect evidence of both on and off the job training to achieve their apprenticeship within the planned time frame
