Responsibilities Project Management Office (PMO) Support
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation.
- Support governance processes including preparing meeting materials, updating trackers, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Design, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, etc) to gather updates and align project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and reporting cadence.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project and operational data to support decision making.
- Develop automated or semi automated dashboards (Power BI / Excel / other tools).
- Track key KPIs such as cost, schedule progress, procurement status, and risk indicators.
- Prepare data summaries and insights for management reviews.
