Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance Operations
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for network and server hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, racks, and related infrastructure.
- Perform health checks, firmware reviews, performance baselining, and hardware diagnostics.
- Conduct environmental inspections covering cabling, power, cooling, and rack conditions.
- Deliver on-site troubleshooting in alignment with SLA requirements.
- Support incident isolation, root cause identification, and elevate to OEM vendors when required.
