**Description:** Performance Management Team Business Partners serve as the coordinators of the PMT program for our site. Performance management teams are small groups of individuals who work together to drive growth and improvement. PMT Business Partners work together with all functional groups to carry out all required PMT processes and support the growth and success of all performance management teams on site.
