    Key Responsibilities

    Japan P&O Alignment

  • Drive alignment of P&O strategy and practices across business units in Japan
  • Collaborate closely with the Air & Sea P&O Director
  • Represent Japan in regional P&O discussions
  • Support implementation of global frameworks locally

    • Head of P&O – Contract Logistics

  • Lead and develop a team of 4–5 P&O members
