Polymer (Chemist) $6,500 - $7,000 Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Jurong Drive development of new materials, technologies, and adhesive systems from concept to feasibility stage Plan and conduct lab experiments, pilot trials, and production-scale testing Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases, and project development work Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, and support freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis Support technology roadmap planning and provide input on investment decisions Identify and evaluate new raw materials and technologies through external networking (suppliers, academia, research institutes) Contribute to invention disclosures and innovation pipeline development Provide technical guidance and support for interns, students, or apprentices
