  • Manage and coordinate daily operations within the POMS system
  • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance
  • Monitor production schedules and track performance against targets
  • Generate reports and dashboards for KPIs and production metrics
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
  • Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and IT teams
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Train users on system usage and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and operational standards
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/IT or related field
  • Experience: 2–5 years in production systems/operations
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel/reporting tools; ERP/MES knowledge preferred
