Porter

Palé Hall is seeking an additional Porter to strengthen our vibrant Front of House team. We welcome applications for both part-time and full-time positions. This role operates with weekend working required on a rota basis.

We are looking for an outgoing, flexible and personable individual who is confident in engaging with guests and delivering warm, attentive service. Strong local knowledge is highly desirable, enabling you to share recommendations on nearby attractions, scenic walks, travel routes and activities, and to enhance our guests’ overall experience.

You will become familiar with the local area and its surroundings, proactively advising guests on places to visit and tailoring suggestions to their interests. As a key member of the Front of House team, you will help create a welcoming first impression and ensure guests feel supported throughout their stay.
