Job Summary

The Development Portfolio Management Associate supports the execution and implementation of the Company’s strategies and programs that drive the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of development assets across multiple investment vehicles. The associate is responsible for gathering and analyzing market and portfolio data, supporting financial modeling and investment analysis, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, and contributing to reporting and program management activities that support the day-to-day oversight of the portfolio.
