As a Sectional Title and Home Owners Association (HOA) Portfolio Manager based in Cape Town, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of sectional title schemes and homeowners associations within the region. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient and effective management of properties, financial affairs, and stakeholder relationships. Duties & Responsibilities  
REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field. Proven experience in property management, particularly with sectional title schemes and homeowners associations. Strong knowledge of South African sectional title, HOA, and property management regulations.
