Key Responsibilities
POS Configuration & Maintenance
Configure and maintain POS systems, including store settings, products, pricing, taxes, discounts, and promotions. Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Configure payment methods, tender types, and transaction workflows. Perform POS software updates, patches, and system enhancements.Testing & Deployment
Conduct testing of new POS configurations and updates before deployment. Support rollout and implementation of POS systems across new and existing locations. Validate data accuracy and system functionality.Support & Troubleshooting
