A postdoctoral position in pancreatic cancer molecular biology is available to participate in a multicentric national study funded by AECC on early-onset pancreatic cancer, exploring differential and novel risk factors, with a primary focus on (epi)genetics and metabolic factors. The candidate will integrate multimodal features into an AI-assisted computational analysis applied to large cohorts of patients with pancreatic cancer and its precursor lesions, individuals at risk of developing PDAC, and age-matched control groups. The Group is seeking a recent, motivated Ph.D. with relevant publications and experience in molecular/omics approaches of pancreatic cancer.
The position involves working on studies led by the Group.
