Delivery Postie with Driving – Job Reference
Location: Shoreham by Sea Delivery Office, BN43 5XN.
Job type: Permanent contract.
Hours: 26 hours per week, 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday) between 13:00 and 18:00. Weekend work may be required due to operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Securely deliver all items on your route, including election materials and certain items such as food products or alcohol.
- Work outside in any weather, walking long distances as required.
- Represent Royal Mail by delivering with pride and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Upbeat, independent, and self‑motivated.
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
- People‑oriented and friendly with the community.
- Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
