**Job Title:** Powder Coat Operator
**Job Description**
**We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operator** to perform **production line support, material handling, and industrial equipment operation** . Experience in **manufacturing or production environments** is highly valued. Candidates with **up to 1 year of experience** are preferred.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Follow** standard operating procedures to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
+ **Gather** materials and hang parts on the production line in the proper sequence and orientation.
+ **Utilize** wash bay spray wands, combi forklifts, and scissor lifts to prepare and move materials ranging from 2 to 40 feet in length.
+ **Carry out** 6S duties, including cleaning, organizing, and sustaining a safe work area.
+ **Collaborate** with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve production issues efficiently.
