Proactively monitor market fundamentals, policy changes, and news flows, converting insights into assumptions or scenario for trading and risk management. Working closely with Power Analytics team, maintain the in-house pan-European Stack and statistical models for Italy and Iberia. Drive initiatives to improve model accuracy (e.g., back-testing, error analysis) and extend modelling framework. Identify actionable trade ideas. Contribute to weekly analyst meetings, participate in cross-functional meetings (e.g. with Transmission and Regulation). Guide the front office IT team in acquiring new data sources.
