Key Responsibilities: 
  Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business
requirements across healthcare revenue cycle operations
  Architect data models, establish DAX best practices, and define enterprise BI standards across teams
  Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive quality standards for all BI deliverables
  Optimize report performance including DAX queries, data refresh schedules, and
dataset management
  Connect to and integrate multiple data sources including SQL Server, Azure, APIs,
SharePoint, and Excel
  Lead the migration and standardization of legacy reports to Power BI, establishing
patterns for reuse
  Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage workspace access controls to protect sensitive healthcare data
