Purpose of Role: The Rubber Liner will carry out rubber lining processes according to standard safety procedures. They will be responsible for reading blueprints and drawings to achieve accuracy with laying, lining, and applying rubber on product.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Product: Prepare pipes and hoses for application of rubber lining by rolling or painting interior surfaces after the sandblasting operation has been completed.
- Rubber Lining: Apply rubber to interior surfaces by following instructions, drawings and sketches provided.
- Oversee Autoclaves: Operate and monitor the Autoclave for the rubber curing process. Complete and maintain all records including autoclave logs, charts, material movements, and material consumptions to the jobs and provide re...
