LOCATION : North West / Manchester
We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience . We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling
The Role
Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
Escalating technical issues promptly
Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
Building strong customer relationships
