Job Description

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks, liaise confidently with internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients, and ensure service levels, reporting and compliance obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive works, planned maintenance and shutdown activities, including liaison with clients, building officers and engineering teams
  • Log, triage and manage reactive tasks, identifying appropriate solutions within contractual processes
  • Raise and manage work orders in Tririga and purchase orders in Coupa, following approval processes
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations and coordinate subcontractor attendance on site
  • Maintain PPM schedules, assign work orders and ensure completion in line with monthly deadlines
