A Trainee will learn from a Hospitality perspective all aspects of general hotel operations and skills needed to assume a future position.
The Trainee will participate in a general department rotation throughout all areas and finish with a discipline specialization.
**What will I be doing?
**
A Trainee with Conrad Punta de Mita is always working on behalf of our Guests thru high service standards (Forbes Standards) and working with other Team Members.
A Trainee will be part of an 6 month program defined by 3 phases, each with duration of 2 months.
- The 1st phase will allow Trainee to explore the new Hire Orientation and the onboarding into the Culinary Area.
(both front line operations and back of house)
- In the 2nd phase, the Trainee will progress to specialized operational area namely ́Kitchen', 'Pastry', 'Banquets Kitchen' or 'Butcher ́s / fisher's', for focused training
