The Practice Manager of Wellness is responsible for overseeing aquatic operations and wellness programming in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations. This role ensures the safety, supervision, and quality of all aquatic activities, including pool operations, lifeguard staff oversight, and compliance with established safety plans. The Practice Director of Wellness works collaboratively with departmental leadership to support programming, training, and administrative needs.
