Main duties of the job
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse, to play a key role in delivering high quality clinical services to our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants and the wider practice team to provide evidence-based nursing care and support the management of both acute and long term health conditions.

- 1 Partner with 3 salaried GPS
- 1 Practice Nurse
- 2 Healthcare Assistants
- 1 Clinical Pharmacist
