Job Description:
What You’ll DoAs a Technical Presales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.
- Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
- Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
- Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
- 3-5 years of presales experience in Cyber Security.
