Our consumer business client is seeking a Pre-Boarding Coordinator to support onboarding and HR operations using HRIS systems
Join a collaborative HR operations team delivering structured pre-boarding and onboarding programs across multiple North American locations. This role manages the end stage of the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating background checks, onboarding documentation, and vendor interactions through SAP SuccessFactors. The position offers hands-on ownership of new hire readiness and compliance processes, ensuring smooth and timely transitions before Day One. Candidates with previous HR coordination or operations experience will thrive in this detail-oriented environment.
Contract, Calgary, Onsite M-F, Working Hours: 8am - 4:30 pm MST
