Responsibilities
- Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V****, IATF*****, ISO ***** and OHSAS***** standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.
- Develop and maintain plant wide calibration systems according to QS **** and American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards.
- Calibrate gages designated for internal calibration.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other small quality hand tools.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine for dimensional verification of products.
- Maintain proficiency in the operation of all Dimensional Lab equipment.
- Assist in dimension related problem solving as necessary, utilizing the proper methods and equipment.
