Preconstruction Manager

A Hospitality Development Group is seeking a Preconstruction & Development Manager to support hotel development and acquisition-driven projects across a national hospitality portfolio.

This role is responsible for leading early-stage project planning, feasibility analysis, budgeting, and consultant coordination from concept through transition into construction.

You will play a key role in evaluating opportunities, structuring project scope and cost, and ensuring projects are fully prepared for successful execution.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Construction and works closely with internal development and operations teams. Significant travel may be required depending on project activity.
