Sqirl is looking for an AM PREP person
Sunday - Thursday 6:30am - 2:00pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepping Sauces ketchups, aiolis, Demis, Etc.
- Making Pastas
- Pickling Vegetables per the recipes
- Cutting and Curing Proteins
- Building Salads
- Plating To Go Dishes.
- Washing prep dishes as you go
- Ensuring team abides by health department standards and communicates effectively to CDC/Sous Chef as to pars, what product needs to be ordered and what is being left to do the following day (or any 911s).
Based on experience, hourly is $20/hr - $22 + TIPS .
