Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Preparation Supervisor to join our Gladstone team. In this role, you will support the Business Manager in delivering high-quality, timely laboratory services, while leading a team to ensure accurate sampling, preparation, analysis, and reporting in line with international standards.
You will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
What you will do
Lead and coordinate daily preparation activities to ensure timely and accurate results
Supervise coal sample preparation and testing in line with relevant standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality systems
