Home Meal Replacement and A La Carte Manager

The Manager is responsible for the efficient and fiscally responsible operation of the department. This role leads staff to achieve the highest level of customer service and food quality, adheres to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies, and Health and Safety programs. The Manager manages budgets, labour efficiencies, inventory control, product presentation, and merchandising while coaching, motivating, and developing the team.
