The Pricing Coordinator supports the Pricing team by coordinating pricing administration functions related to customer RFPs and bid submissions. The role is focused on ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and submission of pricing information while maintaining compliance with established timelines and processes.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Create and distribute RFP pricing workbooks, ensuring accurate and complete stakeholder input.
Consolidate pricing submissions and prepare final customer bid documents for submission. This includes supporting the Sales team by fixing any pricing errors that prevent bid platform uploads.
Work close with Sales Support and coordinate pricing timelines, communicate deadlines, and support adherence to bid processes.
Maintain pricing data within CRM and reporting systems to support accurate analytics and reporting of pricing statistics.
