The SC PM’s responsibilities focus on:
Representing the Supply Chain in the Core Team of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects (Purple Projects) or KTI high priority initiatives, and coordinate deployment into the Supply ChainActing as SC Project Manager in major SC strategical initiatives, which requires changes in the supply chain like Production Transfers at KONE factories (like insourcing from external suppliers or creation of a back-up of another KONE factory)Coordinating the Supply Chain tasks in Elevator level releases managed through group(s) of product/process change requests (CR)Driving the execution of needed tasks by SC functions in Product Changes CRs that needs to be implemented at KONE factoriesThe SC PM’s key activities are:
