We are looking for a builder and innovator - a senior engineer who will lead the adoption and strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence across the engineering organization.

As the Principal AI & Engineering Productivity Lead, you will drive the AI adoption and innovation across the engineering organization as an individual contributor. This is a hands‑on Principal Engineer‑level focused also on R&D, development acceleration, and AI architectural foundations across the engineering and functional teams. This position combines hands‑on experimentation, architectural thinking, and internal enablement.

The main goal of this position is to significantly increase engineering productivity and accelerate delivery while raising the overall AI maturity of the organization by embedding AI deeply into how we design, build, test, and deploy software.
