Principal Architect

Medigence Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead large-scale healthcare and institutional infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, design strategy, multidisciplinary coordination, client management, and mentoring architectural teams.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience across diverse project typologies with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to independently manage high-value projects from concept to completion.

• Lead architectural projects from concept planning to execution and handover
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and coordination
• Oversee architectural planning, design development, BOQs, and execution drawings
• Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
