Job Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and project management delivery of C&S projects
- Drive technical development and keeping up‑to‑date with new technologies / innovations
- Provide technical and project leadership aside Director/QP
- Lead input for tenders and bids.
- Formalize standards for specifications, drawings etc. in conjunction with other Team Leaders and Division Leaders
- Keep Team members informed and aware of the latest practices, materials availability, legislative rules and regulations etc
- Prepare/provide Conceptual Design/sketches
- Ensure technicality/Design documentation work carried out by team members is appropriate and comply with codes and local authority requirements
- Ensure various project submissions are made on time and follow up on comments to obtain approval
