Overview
Principal Consultant – Commodities Trading – Training & Implementation in Madrid.
Leverage the Enverus platform to support implementation projects and deliver training and best‑practice guidance to business users.
Provide leadership across the customer lifecycle, champion onboarding, drive retention, help clients adopt solutions, and contribute to Net Promoter Score and revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete project lifecycle – requirements gathering, functional design, development/configuration, user acceptance testing, training and issue resolution.
- Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring success by facilitating adoption and effective utilization of Enverus services.
