Principal Consultant – Commodities Trading – Training & Implementation

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Customer Success team in Madrid , supporting implementation projects while delivering training and best‑practice guidance to business users.

Performance Objectives

• Own the complete project lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, development/configuration, user acceptance testing, training and issue resolution.
• Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success by facilitating the seamless adoption and effective utilization of Enverus services and offerings.
• Take ownership of the user onboarding and welcome letter process, onsite and virtual training sessions to set customers up for success.
