Principal ITS Engineer - Auckland
Provide leadership and direction for key infrastructure projects, focusing on the provision of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems). To be a focal point for technical excellence in ITS design within the Transport Infrastructure sub‑sector and wider business, and to develop design and technical expertise nationally.
Responsibilities
- Define and solve client problems through design thinking and teamwork.
- Ensure that we always work to understand and match client expectations in the quality of services we provide.
- Promote best practice and technical excellence by applying sound technical review practices and taking a leading role in delivery of key or strategic projects across New Zealand.
- Lead ITS design, ensuring appropriate technical reviews, verifications and audits are completed according to WSP procedures.
