Principal Engineer (RF)

The Principal Engineer (RF) will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for radio product and test engineering, and continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing. This role provides expert-level RF technical support, leads complex failure analysis, and defines advanced RF test methodologies to ensure robust product performance, test yield, and production efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites and repair centers.

• Act as senior owner of radio product (LTE/NR); provide technical expertise across product and test engineering to global production sites (mainly Mexico, India, China), repair centers, and NPI/TPI programs.
• Continuously improve test time and yield.
• Optimize test solutions (HW & SW) for production, ensuring correctness, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
