When an opportunity is on the table, you lead solutioning: scoping the engagement, building the cost model, and shaping the approach that earns client confidence. Once the work begins, you transition into delivery leadership — owning execution, managing risk, and maintaining stakeholder trust. And throughout all of it, you are a people leader: running performance conversations, identifying growth paths, and building the kind of team culture where people consistently do their best work.
