Principal Estates Valuations Lead – Public Sector

Occupop is looking for an experienced Principal Surveyor to join their Estates Team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of properties and provide high-quality valuation and estate management services to Nottinghamshire County Council and other clients.

The role requires a degree in a property discipline, RICS qualification, and substantial experience. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, with additional benefits including a generous pension scheme and flexible working hours.
