Global Executive Development (GED) is seeking a skilled Principal, VP Experiences, to design and lead Amazon's flagship executive development experiences for the VP population. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of VP-level leadership experiences (e.g., programs, summits, ongoing learning) as part of Amazon's highest-visibility development investments for its most senior leaders.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive development, including facilitation, exceptional program management skills, and the credibility to influence and partner with senior executives.
